Thanxgiving early greetings

I remember it as my fav. holiday. You got days off at school, you got to eat turkey, the year’s best films opened that weekend and the grandparentals gave us more money that we could spend -‘cause Santa was coming-.

The best part was that we all sat at the same table and used to do a family prayer. That was beautiful. I realized that, indeed, we just can’t count all the blessings and all good things around us, which we knew were sent from heaven above. So thank the Lord...

I can’t even think why I shouldn’t be shamelessly happy and thankful. Like Manuel just did, I’d like to “acknowledge” that... Everything that needs to grow will be fed by God’s almigthy hand.

We thank you then, oh Father, for all things bright and good.
The seedtime and the harvest
Our life, our health, our food.
No gifts have we to offer for all thy love imparts, but what your heart desires:
Our humble, grateful hearts.
